The most common cause of pile defects is the formation of casting cavities filled with mud or a mixture of bentonite and mud. These spaces are created mainly on the sides of the pile but sometimes also in the center of the pile. Other reasons for the formation of defects are landslides of soil to the bottom of the pile, disconnection of the concrete continuity as a result of poor concrete flow during the casting between the reinforcement bars and cracks across the element caused by the casting of a poor quality concrete mixture.

We follow the following steps:
Removing the water from the gamma pipe
Puncture of the pipe wall by a hydraulic perforator
Perforating the bottom of the pipe with a drill until reaching natural ground even if concrete is discovered at the bottom of the pipe. Or alternatively piercing the bottom of the gamma tube as needed
Connecting the gamma pipe to the grout pump and washing it at a pressure of up to 40 bar, washing the bottom of the pit until clean water comes out of the parallel pipe
Preparation of mortar according to the customer's specifications
Putting grout into the gamma pipes according to the requested pressure until concrete comes out of the parallel pipes in the pile while there is a connection between them
